How to Place Online Orders
Placing online orders with Art of Beauty is quick and simple!
- Sign in (if you are an existing customer) or create a new account.
- Search or browse for your favorite products and add them to your shopping bag by clicking on the "Add to Bag" button.
- Apply any coupon or promotion codes to your order by entering the code into the "code" field in your shopping bag.
- Click the "Checkout" button.
- If you have not signed-in or created a new account, you will be asked to do so now.
- Review, update or add your shipping address.
- Select shipping method.
- Enter your payment information.
- Review your billing address and update if needed.
- Review your order for accuracy (Order Confirmation Page) and press the "Submit Order" button.
- View & print your receipt.
- Receive order confirmation email.
How to Place Catalog & Telephone Orders
You can place orders by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-659-6909 x2, Mon-Fri 9am ET - 4:30pm ET or Get Help.
Please note that not all web offers, promotions or shipping incentives are available when ordering by phone.
We currently accept all Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards for online orders (the cards must have a US or Canada address as a billing address).
We are required to charge Cuyahoga Sales Tax (which will be automatically charged to your order)on all orders shipped in the state of Ohio. Salons, Spas and distributors that have a vendors ID can request a Sales Tax Exemption form that we will keep on hand for all future orders.
Samples, Promotions & Coupon Codes
Some orders may receive samples. Samples may not be returned for credit or exchanged.
From time to time Art of Beauty offers promotions. Please follow the guidelines associated with the promotion. Only one coupon or promotion code may be used per order and one code per customer unless otherwise stated. To avoid order processing issues, please make sure to review that the correct item, price and address information appears on the final order review screen. If the screen does not reflect what you expected, do NOT submit order. If you do submit the order by accident, log into your account and cancel it. Unfortunately our system and customer service staff is not able to reissue lost promo codes. Please review all orders carefully prior to submitting. Art of Beauty (Zoya and Qtica) is not responsible for credit card processing issues, web issues, incorrect information submission or any number of other things outside our control. Promo codes are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, codes or offers and are valid for redemption on ART OF BEAUTY (Zoya and Qtica) sites only. Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are set to expire at the date and time posted for EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Please refer to the Art of Beauty Customer Service Pages & Terms & Conditions for additional information. At this time, promotions are only valid within the Continental United States and Canada unless otherwise stated. Void where prohibited. Canceling & Modifying Orders
You can cancel any order that has not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, login and click on the "My Account" link in the top menu. Select "Current Orders" in the left menu. If your order has not shipped you will see it there with a cancel order link. This will automatically cancel the order and any pre-authorizations associated with the order.
